File too large error
- File sizes are limited to 2GB per upload.
- Split large files into parts using zip compression (7‑Zip, WinZip, or macOS Finder → Compress).
- Upload the parts and share the link(s) together.
Upload stuck at 99%
- Wait 1–2 minutes; large files can finalize slowly.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Clear your browser cache and retry.
- Disable VPNs or proxies and try again.
- Change DNS to 1.1.1.1 and retry.
- If it still fails, contact support and include your username.
Link doesn’t load
- If a link is expired or burned, it can’t be re-enabled.
- Create a new link from the dashboard or ask the sender to resend.
File not downloading
- Confirm the link is still active and hasn’t burned.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Check available disk space before downloading.
