By using 25cent.cloud ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Definitions

• Service: 25cent.cloud website, applications, and features
• User: Anyone using 25cent.cloud
• Account: Your user account with email and password
• Content: Any files, data, or information you upload or share

Use License

Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 25cent.cloud for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Rent, lease, or sell access to the Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

Your Responsibilities

Account Security

• Keep password confidential
• Don't share your account
• Tell us immediately if compromised
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

Content You Upload

• You own your content
• You are responsible for its legality
• Don't upload illegal, malicious, or harmful content
• You warrant you have rights to share it

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content
• Share malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use the Service for hacking, phishing, or fraud
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or defame anyone
• Spam or abuse the Service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Bypass security or rate limits

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, its design, code, and features are our intellectual property. You don't own them.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading to 25cent.cloud, you grant us permission to store, transmit, and process your content to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

As-Is Service

25cent.cloud is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Service is error-free
• Service will always be available
• Results from using the Service

No Professional Advice

The Service is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical). Don't rely on it as such.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us
• We're not liable for your content, data loss, or third-party actions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content or violations of these terms
• Your violation of laws or others' rights

Termination

Your Termination

You can delete your account anytime. All data deleted within 30 days.

Our Termination

We can terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the Service unlawfully
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Don't pay (Pro subscriptions)

We'll provide notice when possible, except for egregious violations.

Subscription Terms

Free Plan

• Free forever, no credit card required
• Can be terminated at any time

Pro Plan

• $5/month or annual billing
• Auto-renews monthly/annually
• Cancel anytime from Account Settings
• No refunds for partial months

Payment Terms

• Payments processed by Stripe
• All fees are exclusive of taxes (if applicable)
• Billing happens at the start of each cycle
• If payment fails, we'll retry
• No refunds for used services

Price Changes

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Your existing subscription continues at current price until renewal.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (AWS, Stripe). Their terms also apply. We're not liable for their actions.

Links & External Content

25cent.cloud may include links to external websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Modifications to Service

We may modify the Service anytime. We'll try to notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict of law principles. You consent to jurisdiction in California courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before litigation, try to resolve disputes by contacting us at legal@25cent.cloud.

Severability

If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy constitute the entire agreement.
