- Usage Data: Pages visited, actions taken, time spent
- Device Information: Browser type, OS, device type
- IP Address: For security, abuse prevention, and analytics

Information About Downloads
When someone downloads your file (via link you share), we collect:
- Download timestamp
- Downloader's IP address and geographic location
- Device and browser information
- Whether download completed successfully

Where Data Is Stored
All data is stored on AWS servers in the United States. Files are stored with redundancy for reliability and recovery.
How Data Is Protected
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- TLS encryption in transit
- Regular security audits
- Encrypted backups
Data Retention
Your Account Data
We retain account data (email, settings) as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete associated data within 30 days.
Your Files
Files are automatically deleted upon expiration (you set the expiration time). You can delete files manually anytime.
Analytics Data
Download analytics retained for up to 2 years. Longer retention available with data export.
Third Parties & Sharing
Who We Share With
We do not sell or share your data. We only share limited data with:
- AWS: Cloud infrastructure provider
- Stripe: Payment processor (if Pro subscriber)
- Legal authorities: Only when required by law with proper warrant
Service Providers
Our service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for providing services.
Your Rights
Access
You can access, download, and export your data anytime from Account Settings.
Correction
You can update your account information anytime.
Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data. We delete within 30 days.
Portability
You can download all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, ZIP).

Children's Privacy
25cent.cloud is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware a child has provided information, we delete it immediately.
International Data Transfers
Your data is stored in the United States. By using 25cent.cloud, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Your continued use means acceptance.
