General

What is 25cent.cloud?

25cent.cloud is a secure, ephemeral file sharing service. Upload files, get a link, and share with anyone. Links expire and files are automatically burned when their time or limits are reached.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet. We’re currently pay-per-use with quarters. Subscription tiers are planned for the future.

Is my file secure?

We do our best to keep shared pages private with anti-screenshot deterrents. It’s not perfect, but it helps. You can also enable Self-Destruct to set a countdown timer so a page is no longer viewable after a specific time.

Limits & Pricing

What is the free trial?

You can create links up to 10MB, 15 clicks, and 12 hours to try the service.

What’s the file size limit?

The maximum file size per upload is 2GB.

Can I set an expiration time?

Yes. You can set a time limit for files and pages. Once a link expires, the file is burned and cannot be reactivated.

What does a quarter buy?

Each premium action or upgrade costs one quarter. See pricing for examples.

Security & Privacy

Are my files encrypted?

Your files are encrypted in transit. We cannot see your data. We do use safeguards to detect known dangerous content to protect the platform.

Can I delete files manually?

Yes. Delete from your dashboard at any time to immediately revoke access.

Can I limit who can access my links?

Yes. You can require a password and set time limits or click limits on your links.

How do recipients access files?

Share your link. Recipients can view or download directly with no login required.

Can I see who accessed my link?

Yes. You’ll see access activity and basic device type analytics (mobile, tablet, desktop).

Link not working

If a link is expired or burned, it can’t be reactivated. Create a new link.

I purchased quarters but they didn’t show up

Check your email (inbox and spam) to confirm payment. If payment went through but quarters are missing, contact support and we’ll credit your account as soon as possible.

My file disappeared from my account

Files don’t disappear. Once a link expires, the file is burned and purged. You can still see analytics for up to three months after expiration. If you need the file again, ask the sender to create a new link.
