Troubleshooting Guide
Common problems and solutions for 25cent.cloud.
Upload Issues
Upload Fails Immediately
Check:
- File size (max 2GB per upload)
- Internet connection is stable
- Browser is up to date
Solution:
- Restart browser and retry
- Try a different browser
- Compress or split the file into smaller parts
Upload Hangs/Freezes
Causes:
- Slow internet connection
- Large file with poor connection
- Browser tab closed during upload
- Computer went to sleep
Fix:
- Close other bandwidth-heavy apps
- Use wired connection if possible
- Upload during off-peak hours
- Upload smaller files first
- Set DNS to 1.1.1.1 and retry
File Corrupted After Upload
Verify:
- Original file is not corrupted
- Download completed fully (100%)
- Enough disk space when downloading
Solution:
- Re-download and try again
- Contact support if persists
- We auto-verify file integrity
Download Issues
Can't Access Share Link
Reasons:
- Link has expired or burned
- Wrong password entered
- Click limit reached
Solutions:
- Check expiration date or timer
- Verify password (case-sensitive)
- Request a new link from the uploader
Download Fails/Incomplete
Check:
- Internet connection is stable
- Disk space available (at least 2x file size)
- Antivirus not blocking download
Try:
- Pause and resume download
- Refresh browser and retry
- Use different browser
- Disable VPN/proxy
Download Is Very Slow
Possible causes:
- Slow internet connection
- Network congestion
- Large file size
- Distance from server
Improve speed:
- Close other internet apps
- Restart router
- Download at different time
- Use wired connection
Account Issues
Can't Log In
Steps:
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
- Login with new password
If still not working:
- Check email for link (may be in spam)
- Verify email address is correct
- Contact support
Account Disabled
Reasons:
- Suspicious activity detected
- Violation of terms of service
Resolution:
- Review Acceptable Use Policy
- Contact support@25cent.cloud
- Explain the situation
- We’ll review and respond
Sharing Issues
Recipient Can't Open Link
Check:
- Link copied correctly (no extra characters)
- Not in a web filter/firewall
- Browser is up to date
Try:
- Copy link again carefully
- Use different browser
- Try from different network
- Create new share and resend
Wrong Password Repeatedly
Verify:
- Password is case-sensitive
- No extra spaces before/after
- Copy from message carefully
If locked out:
- Wait 15 minutes
- Request new password from uploader
- Try from different device
Browser/Device Issues
Page Won't Load
Try:
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
- Clear browser cache
- Disable browser extensions
- Try in private/incognito mode
Upload Button Doesn't Work
Check:
- JavaScript is enabled
- Browser is up to date
- No browser extensions blocking
Fix:
- Update browser to latest version
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try different browser
Mobile Issues
Can't Upload on Mobile
iOS:
- Use Safari or Chrome
- Use Files app to select files
- Large files may fail - use smaller
Android:
- Use Chrome
- File manager to select files
- Verify permission to file storage
