• Harassment, bullying, or threats

1.4 System Abuse

• Attempt to circumvent file size or duration limits
• Use automated tools to upload excessive amounts of data
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Impersonate other users or 25cent.cloud staff

2. Content Restrictions

2.1 File Types

The following file types are strictly prohibited:

• .exe, .bat, .cmd, .sh (executable files)
• .php, .asp, .jsp (server-side scripts)
• .torrent, .magnet (torrent files)
• Any file containing malicious code

2.2 Size and Frequency Limits

• Free tier: 10MB per file, 1 active link
• Excessive uploads may be rate-limited
• We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

3.1 Content Review

We may review content to ensure compliance with this policy. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content.

3.2 Reporting Violations

To report violations, email abuse@25cent.cloud with:

• The URL of the offending content
• Description of the violation
• Your contact information

3.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of unused quarters (no refund)
• Reporting to law enforcement
• Legal action for damages

4. Copyright and DMCA

4.1 Copyright Compliance

You must have the right to upload and share any content you post. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

4.2 DMCA Notices

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a DMCA notice:

• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Maintain accurate contact information
