By accessing and using 25cent.cloud ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

25cent.cloud 3. Service Description

25cent.cloud provides ephemeral file hosting services where:

  • Files are automatically deleted after expiration (views or time limit)
  • Basic features are available for free with limitations
  • Premium features cost 25¢ (one quarter) each
  • Users can purchase quarters to unlock premium features

4. Quarters and Payments

Quarters are the virtual currency of 25cent.cloud:

  • 1 quarter = 25¢ USD
  • Quarters never expire
  • Quarters are non-transferable between accounts
  • Refunds for unused quarters are available within 30 days of purchase
  • All sales are final for used quarters
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, or share content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Contains personal information without consent
  • Is used for phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities

6. Content Removal

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Not provide refunds for quarters used on removed content

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Files will be available for the entire duration
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Files will be secure from unauthorized access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25cent.cloud shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Content uploaded by users
  • Technical failures or service interruptions

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. External Redirects & Third-Party URLs

DISCLAIMER: 25cent.cloud provides the ability for campaign creators to configure external redirect URLs. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Responsibility for External URLs: We do not verify, monitor, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the safety, validity, legality, or content of external URLs configured by campaign creators.
  • Proceed at Your Own Risk: Clicking on external redirect links is done entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend verifying the legitimacy of any external website before providing personal information.
  • Opt-Out Available: When a redirect is about to occur, you will be shown a warning message with the destination URL. You may opt out of the redirect by simply closing the page or browser tab.
  • No Phishing Protection: We do not guarantee protection against phishing, scams, or malicious websites linked by campaign creators.
  • Campaign Creator Responsibility: Campaign creators are solely responsible for the external URLs they configure and must comply with all applicable laws regarding redirects and destination content.

13. Email Collection & Distribution Chains

DISCLAIMER: 25cent.cloud facilitates email collection for lead generation campaigns. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Responsibility for Email Chains: We are not responsible for how campaign creators use, distribute, or share the email addresses collected through our platform.
  • Third-Party Communication: Once emails are exported by campaign creators, any subsequent email chains, newsletters, or communications are the sole responsibility of the campaign creator.
  • No Monitoring of Email Usage: We do not monitor, control, or verify how collected emails are used after export.
  • Participant Consent: By entering a campaign, participants consent to their email being collected and shared with the campaign creator for the stated promotional purpose.
  • Unsubscribe Rights: Participants should direct all unsubscribe requests to the campaign creator who collected their email, not to 25cent.cloud.
  • CAN-SPAM & GDPR Compliance: Campaign creators are solely responsible for ensuring their email practices comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email marketing regulations.
